Abstract

We review recently proposed Bayesian approaches for clustering high-dimensional data. After identifying the main limitations of available approaches, we introduce an alternative framework based on vertical consensus inference (VCI) to mitigate the curse of dimensionality in high-dimensional Bayesian clustering.
